It's been a while since I've blog and boo yeah, things have been going pretty well for me.

Except for my leg, that is.

I guess I tore a few fibres while bellydancing so I have this huge leg problem which doesn't allow me to walk in 'peace'. It hurts and its annoying, especially when you're a waitress in a popular restaurant in the biggest shopping mall in a small island.

Sometimes I wonder why Vivo is considered the 'biggest shopping mall'. I used to think that Suntec is like, 430294032948320948 times bigger with all the towers added together but I guess not all the towers are filled with shops, cause there are offices and whatever.

Work's been.. I guess, must easier for me. I learnt how to take orders on Monday and just when I was done learning the menu with weichan, I made a huge order mistake and I almost had to pay up if it wasn't for my colleagues who managed to upsell the product. The mistake I made was actually a wrong order of THAI FRIED RICE, which is I guess, really hard to sell out cause yeah it may be popular and all but people really hardly notice it when they read the menu. Thank GOD the chef wasn't in also :x If not he/she'll definitely NOT let anyone upsell it and the poor me has to pay $12.90.

Thank god it's not the fish cause the fish is like, $28.90 and someone made that mistake on tuesday.

Actually on Monday after that mistake, it made me feel so lousy and worried that I almost made more mistakes. My supervisors and even weichan were telling me to relax and all, and they checked my work sometimes to ensure that I'm not panicking cause when I go to the screen, I start to shiver.

I was really upset that I made an order mistake okay. When I took the order, the man asked me to repeat and I DID, all the orders right. But what happened was I didn't check what the 'numbers' were and thus, I made the mistake. I went to the table to apologise later and they said it was okay but it only made me feel bad): I mean, if I were to be the customer, I'd be pissed okay):

So anyway, after I did my other stuff ( and avoided taking orders ), the same customer raised his hand to call for me.

He asked for dessert so this time i was more careful and I got it right. But I was touched by the fact that he decided to give me another chance or whatever and he isn't that worried that I might make a mistake again.

Or you know, it could be just cause he wanted to raise his hand and call someone else and I saw it so he doesn't have a choice.

Nevermind that. On tuesday though, my mindset and everything totally changed cause I've decided that I shall not make the same mistake to make the customers think lowly of this restaurant and not to allow myself to feel guilty and worried and whatever. I wanted to do it for them.!

HAH. So nice right.

Yeah whatever.

So anyway, I took my orders confidently and made NO MISTAKES AT ALL. Clap to my accomplishment pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee:D Plus, that day, I made more than like, 8 orders so I'm feeling pretty good(: Practice makes perfect, they always say(: CUSTOMERS, BRING IT ONNNNNN ( easy mode ).

Yeah whatever.

Oh and, I baked scones with Giles yesterday and heee(: We had loads of fun:D definitely much better than baking them yourself.! I stayed at his place for like, 12 hrs plus yesterday and we had loads of fun doing loads of other stuff tooooo.!

I miss my pig): pity he has exams and all coming and he has to stay home to study. If not.... I'll go out with him everyday if i had the chance:D
