Today was yet another extraordinary day and I must say, my holidays did not go to waste. I think this is the ONLY fruitful holiday I've ever had because I've totally learnt to make use of this extra time to learn and do things that are more productive rather than the usual eat, play, shop, game.

It's totally unusual of me to spend my holidays this way, if you've known me long enough. The previous me would just spend her time playing or pooling if there are excess days and scream and game when she isn't allowed to go out! Looking back at this, I find myself so useless last time. Thank goodness God gave me a chance to start anew(:

Also, thank God that there's someone by the name of GILES LIM who was sent to help me and bring me to the right track! :D Thank you giles ;) I love you!

I guess it's never to late to learn something like that. You guys should do it too!

Whatever. I made laksa today and it was so fab! The taste of the soup was DEFINITELY there, except for the ingredients such as prawn and that taupok thing. The prawn has got that disgusting seafood taste in it which sucks, and the taupok didn't quite absorb the laksa gravy well. The dish itself needed loads of preparation, which was quite a hassle, but the end product was definitely worth the time and effort! Me and weichan couldn't stop saying:

This is SO good.

It is :D I can't wait for my parents to try it tonight like, now or something cause I made extra for dinner! I wonder what they'd say and if they're all positive, the next audience I want to target is none other than giles lim and his family ;) They always give me so much support!
