Baking and Pastry.
I'm graduating from baking and pastry next week and boy, I don't know whether to feel upset or happy.
Sometimes, I just dread coming to school, working under those chefs who really have a problem with us! But every now and then I'll think back, and hey! They're doing it all for us.
Imagine. A teacher that doesn't get angry no matter what mistakes you've made, might just encourage you to go on and on, making the exact same mistake! Seriously, what are you ever going to learn in that case?
Which means that chefs who make the effort to teach actually care for you, even if they get carried away with scolding us sometimes (: So what if you get accused of not doing anything haha.
I can't wait to go to Asian though, but I'm pretty worried about the burns I might get in the future. Looks like I'll have to train with the ovens next week ;)
