Common sense.

You know what. Being in the kitchen with the chefs taught me something valuable.

That simple thing is:

There is no such thing as common sense.

Yeah they do go around saying that it's common sense to do this, common sense to do that. But you know, there are tons of things we never knew existed therefore we have no idea how to do it!

Therefore, it's NOT common.

So there's no such thing as common sense :D

I decided to blog this after speaking to josh and both of us came to the conclusion that yeah, it doesn't exist. Plus, I saw a book yesterday.

Right. No offence to any of the chefs! I guess there's no better way to categorise something that 'you should know what to do' except to use the word C sense!
